“The reason why I opened an account here was because I went to Chase at 4:30 pm, and the posted they closed at 5 pm, and they wouldn’t open an account for me because it was too late. I went right across the street and they more than accommodating. They have been wonderful to work with since.”

I decided to walk into a branch I’ve never been in to but it’s conveniently close to my office.
Kasandra Downie was amazing. She actually opened the door for me and welcomed me in. Walked me through the issue (potential fraud) and provided a detail breakdown of steps to follow after today to avoid this issue in the future. She was prompt, informative and attentive.
Never experienced bed-side-manner at a bank but I felt like she was in complete control of the situation. I will be returning and recommending people to this branch.
