“Julia again saves the day!! We recently switched to AT&T and Julia walked me thru setting up the system for our house with patience and ease. Today I deleted a traveling e-sim after returning from Europe and my phone thought it was on our former plan, and therefore in SOS mode. I walked into the AT&T store at 11:02 and Julie had my phone back on the correct network and resolved the issue so it doesn’t repeat with future travel. I walked out at 11:10. “I had malware problems with my samsung S22 for quite a while. I decided to bring the phone to the tech at dvwireless phone and computer repair. He took a minute to explain to me what was going on with the phone and what would be the repairing process. It was a lengthy process but it was done.”

“We placed an online ready in 1 to 2 hour order with our local store. The website said it would let us know when our order was ready. We did get a confirmation of the order bir after several hours with no update we decided to go to the store and check on the order. The rep said could not find our order in the system. He the asked what we had ordered and after he checked thr invenotory we were told of eother phone we orderd. We would not have been able to place a pick up if the phones were nt available. I even changed the color of the phone I wantet so that we could get them together. We were then instructed to cancel the order and they woild most likley have stock on Monday and to come back. We decided to go to another nearby att store and were greeted immediatlyn. They handled the situatiin and explained the phones could have sold out in the meantime. I kind of imderstand that but at some point we we should have been notified. The representitave was very knowedgable and friendly. He did had the phones we wanted and we were on our way in about 30 minutes with oir new phones. We love Att service and have been curstomers for 20 years. Att please see what you can do about you website. It creates negative experiences for both the employees and customers. Thank you”
