Josh worked REALLY hard to get my kids phone to work. We got a new one. And Anthony did a great job supervising ! They both taught me soooo much and were really kind and funny and smart !!!!

The Verizon staff Anthony and Chris worked for hours with support from corporate to get my service transferred back to Verizon Even with corporation the line working; Chris and Anthony worked relentlessly to get my service up and running!! Outstanding service!! Francine
