“Whoever the gentleman was working the self checkout area tonight 3/3/26 at 6pm has absolutely phenomenal customer service. I witnessed him spot a mess on the self checkout tray and get to it before the customer set his stuff down in it. My receipt tore when I grabbed it out of the machine and he immediately offered to reprint it. He noticed issues before customers could even mention anything, really observant. I tried to call the store to mention his thoughtfulness but the call immediately drops.”

“The best pharmacy! I wish I could give more than five stars. Every experience I've had filling prescriptions here has been smooth and prompt. Kevin is, without a doubt, the kindest and most helpful pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. He truly goes the extra mile to help when needed and is compassionate, knowledgable, and trustworthy. Additionally, he always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and never makes you feel rushed. I couldn’t recommend this pharmacy more highly!”

“Publix MD Blvd is the best pharmacy around! I can’t say enough good about Kevin & all the staff. I use Publix for my mom’s Rx; if my insurance didn’t require me to use CVS, I would use them as well.
It doesn’t matter how busy they are, Kevin is always so nice and so helpful! My mom is 88 and unfortunately on a lot of meds, he is always happy to provide info that we may need and rush to get a new Rx filled, if she needs it fast, and he catches interactions the dr’s don’t. I truly appreciate them. Thank you all for caring!”

“Last night I went to pick up my order at the pharmacy drive thru and it wasn't ready for some reason. Natalie was so sweet, she said I will push it through right away and it will be ready in 10 min or less. She said just drive around to the rear of the line (2 cars) and come back thru. It was ready for me on the second try. Thank you Natalie and staff.”

“Just wanted to take a moment to really express my gratitude for the pharmacist that really went to bat for me right around closing time. I was ordered some medication to help with my COVID symptoms and the pharmacy technician was adamant about not running the insurance (that was on file) because of the proximity to their closing time. The pharmacist personally called back, understanding that the medication was somewhat time-sensitive and told me to come back and she would personally take care of it. This is why this is my preferred pharmacy. There is always someone looking out for you. Big shoutout to the pharmacist working tonight!!!!”

“I have been consistently impressed by the service at Walgreens Pharmacy. They have never given me any issues and always manage to fulfill my prescriptions accurately and efficiently. However, it seems like the staff is overworked, which can sometimes result in longer wait times. Nonetheless, I appreciate their dedication and the convenience of having a reliable pharmacy nearby.”
