“Went to T-Mobile to get educated on the phones, their plans and their equipment. We were greeted by Dee as soon as we walked in - she let me know she would be with us shortly. We are long time AT&T customers and Dee took all the time we needed to discuss our current plan versus a T-Mobile plan. Dee and Adam were so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We did select T-Mobile and both Adam and Dee transferred everything from our old phones to our new phones and made sure any PERKS we were entitled to like HULU on T-Mobile was activated. Their customer is phenomenal!!”

“In the past I haven’t had great luck at this location , but today I had exceptional customer service . JP went above and beyond to get me a new phone 30 min before they were closing. He even stayed late to ensure all my info got transferred from my old damaged phone to the new one. He had a great attitude, and was very knowledgeable. This store has greatly improved from my last visit”
