I've have had problems with being over charge because of a rep adding things at my account without my permission and have talked to several other reps and they could not help me out but then I got blessed by talking to Genesis and she got everything done very professionally so I am very satisfied and she is one of your best team workers

Chris was awesome! He spent hours with me, and was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. He got the whole job done, and was friendly, and respectful. I went to TWO other Verizon stores that same day, before, and no one at either other place was able or willing to assist. I had a dead phone and wanted to buy a new one that I could use that same day (plus buy accessories, a Galaxy watch, and upgrade my service.)

This review is a couple weeks overdue, but I want to put Gary in the spotlight because he deserves a raise and some praise. He took the simple task of re-signing me up as a Verizon customer while securing a new phone number and turned it into such a pleasurable and enlightening experience. He’s full of knowledge and makes the process effortless — and I even came in with a couple issues my previous service provider couldn’t even fix. Go, Gary!!!

I was trying to upgrade one of my phones and swap over a line to an already existing phone. And I of course ran into some issues, and Gary was able to take the time and figure things out and get me taken care of and get me the new phone.
Unfortunately, the ipad system was working against him, and at one point, he had 3 out while helping me and was also on the phone with verizon Technical. He took the time to work through all of the issues, and i really appreciated it.

Gary in this store is amazing he helped us out when the Stuart store could not. We had a crushed phone and he got our Google account back up and running in less than 10 minutes.
