“This is my favorite grocery store in Palm Coast. I was a shopper throughout 2020 during Covid. The managers helped me so much to accommodate with our elderly orders in the community. For this, I have so much respect in the way the store represents the community. Other stores would not make any exceptions!!! On a personal note, everyone is always friendly! Some we know on a first name basis! I'm bias, but Mrs. Monica will always be my favorite! Let's not forget the bonus points you get for shopping! This year alone, I've saved $140 in groceries! Who doesn't like free money?”

“I met Alan today for the first time at this Palm Coast branch. He is the perfect example of what an employee should be. He is kind, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a more positive perspective of the bank since my faith in Bank of America had been dwindling. Alan works toward the front when you first walk in and seems to keep the whole branch along with customers in a positive and productive flow. Eventually they will be probably replace people with robot's; they should use Alan as the model for this. “This Particular location is absolutely quick, easy, in and out. I can see how some older clientele can feel as they are being ignored. That isn't the case, chase and this branch has done everything to make it such a long interactive experience inside. You can basically do what you need via machine even your business account and only have to speak with a teller to Deposit or cash big checks personal or business. This branch when I firs moved to PC , fixed the mishap the chase bank I originally got my business account at and mad it hassle free as it could be. I dont think I had one worry during the whole process. I just had to sit there for 30 mins while she was in back and forth phone calls and faxing papers back and forth with the originally branch.”
