“I had an awesome experience today at Chase Bank. I met two lovely employees who went above and beyond the level of customer service we’ve become used to lately. I was greeted at the front door by a very kind lady who informed me that construction was being done and asked if there was anything she could help me with. She was pleasant and welcoming. When I got to the front counter, I was greeted by a young man who was more than nice and professional. He truly went above and beyond and honestly made my day. I even asked to speak with the manager to let her know how I felt about her staff. Prior to this new team, my experience at this branch had not been great. I avoided the counter and only used the ATM because of how rude the staff used to be. But today was completely different. The manager herself was also very friendly and appreciative of the feedback. Today was a good Friday literally and figuratively. Since today is Good Friday, it felt especially fitting that I had such a positive experience. Kudos to the staff, and keep up the great work!”

I like the fact that they were both well versed in all aspects of banking. With a friendly professionalism (that sometimes eludes those who work with the public) they enthusiastically responded with both accuracy & precision when answering my multitude of questions. The 5 star rating is based on the people at this location as well as several products offered by BOA. Of coarse BOA offers a plethora of loans, Mobile & online banking, several credit cards, both secured & unsecured some of which have fantastic cash back opportunities (read: definitely check them out. ie Preferred Rewards) BOA offers quite a few investment opportunities I believe primarily through Merrill Lynch. If you live in Palm Coast the BOA on Old Kings is definitely one of the banks you ought to consider doing business with.”

“I wanted to share an interaction I had with a person there named Jasmin Patton well the short story is I’m not a big bank kind of person and this women is literally totally phenomenal in her both knowledge and customer service ability’s in close I find it a rarity to see this in the workplace I had done in needing some help receiving some account summaries from mo tha ago and with ease she not only had me in and out correcting all my issues she even sent me an email telling me if there anything else she can do to assist me to let her know … I must say this experience blew me away.. and closing, if there’s anything that you do that recognizes your top tier employees I would like to extend my thanks to the person that hired this person to be the ambassador of the first person you see when you walk through the door..
