“I was reluctant to go back to this Advance Auto Parts location as I've had several very unpleasant and unprofessional experiences in the past. My visit last week was an exception. I was having an issue with my battery and Rick who I believe is the store Manager went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to explain what was wrong or might be wrong and helped with a solution. This was far better service then I've ever received here. I ended up purchasing more than usual just because of the great service. This is my new go to store for auto parts.”

Jayson was so knowledgeable, customer service oriented and assisted me with removal and replacement of a new battery and windshield wipers. First time there for me and I was very impressed, customer service is a lost art these days. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle purchase needs.”

“After calling a few places to get a flat tire plugged (Didn't seem like anybody wanted the business) I called Manny and Ralphy's. They told me to bring it down. When I got there they stopped what they were doing to work on the tire I brought them. These guys were personable and professional. They fixed the tire and didn't gouge me on the price. I was most appreciative. I wouldn't hesitate to have them diagnose and fix my car. Chances are pretty good I will be back at some point.”
