“Best repair shop I ever have been to. From the polite Leslie, and all the people that work on our car and other people I dealt with on the phone, everything went so well. I have never had a vehicle returned to me so clean. The expert paint job and the detailing of the interior. Highly recommend this company. It was an insurance claim , everything went smoothly. Thank you so much”

“Go see Carlos! He is very helpful with getting the correct part(s) you need for your vehicle. They can even pull up (most) vehicle diagrams to show the part is correct for your need.”

“Huge shoutout to Peter at O'Reilly Auto Parts! Honestly, after dealing with the other auto parts stores in town (which were straight-up giving bad vibes and zero customer service) coming here was such a breath of fresh air. Peter is an absolute legend. He locked in immediately, knew his stuff inside and out, and got me taken care of with zero hassle. No gatekeeping, no nonsense, just immaculate customer service. Peter ate and left no crumbs, fr. I’m officially never going anywhere else!”

“Good rewards program. Good for the most part. Except for the employee that gets pissy went he has to redo your purchase because he didn't include your veteran discount. Thanks for your response. But sorry wrong store. Had a great experience at your store. The review should have been for the store in East Palatka.”

“Been taking my car here for years and they always have the best prices. Also trustworthy won’t rip you off and they take their time to figure out the problem if it’s not initially easy to see. I love that they’re honest and if they can’t do it will refer you to someone else. Thanks guys for your great service 🙌🏼”

“I have had my 2025 Corvette in for service several times and wanted to say that Jan'er Padilla the technician did an outstanding job replacing my glove box switch. It was quit difficult, however Jan'er completed the job with out doing any damage to any of the interior. Jan'er takes pride in his work and it shows. Thank You Jan'er. I would also like to note how personable and helpful Zach Desruisseau the Service advisor. Zach is very kind and is also very complementary on how well I keep my 2025 Corvette. Thank You Zach, you are a real asset to Tom Gibbs.”

“Dropped my wife’s car off for a noise in the front end. The crew at RAS diagnosed the problem quickly and effectively using their top of the line diagnostic equipment. They provided me with an estimate and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Quality work and very knowledgeable staff separate these guys from the rest. They have the right tools for the job. Overall a very smooth and hassle free experience. Will be a lifetime customer.”

“Needed service they offered to pick up and deliver my vehicle or come to me and service it. I had them come to me using their new mobile service. I was busy that day but they called to remind me I left my key inside the truck they did the needed work and sent the bill right to me on my phone where I paid. Never had service like that before, felt like a true VIP. Special thank you to Collin my mobile service guy.”
