“I got a free upgrade which is nice and not expected. The vehicle had an idling problem where it turned off at a stop light and I came close to getting hit. When I called enterprise roadside it was business as usual. They got me to a place where I could exchange the car and no one really cared but they did their job. This palm coast location not only checked on me but also apologized even though it wasn't their fault and gave me a bit of a credit to show me they cared even though it wasnt their fault. they wanted to show remorse in the only way they could with their words and actions. John and Brianna I believe were rockstars and I will definitely go back and recommend you do too.”

“I am giving a 5 star review because of the staff at the Palm Coast location. I have only rented there 2 times this year and both times the Hertz representative went above and beyond to take care of me. Both times I received a nice, clean car within the size I booked. The only issue I had was the first time when I booked online the night before after their closing hours. The next morning I received a call from the Agent that they had no cars, but he would call me if one became available. An hour later he called back and let me know one was available but I had to pick it up in the next hour. I truly appreciated that! This was not the fault of the representative at the Hertz location. The online booking system is the issue. Hertz should not allow you to book online if there is no inventory. You should be prompted to call the location about availability and be given the option to be added to a waitlist. I will definitely rent from this location again despite this issue because of the quality customer service I received from the Hertz representative and the very convenient location.”
