“My cat was not acting right one late evening and ended up having to go to the emergency vet clinic all the way in St. Augustine. The night was long and all I was focused on was making sure when my cat came home, she came home to what was best for her. The following evening when my cat comes home she’s awaited by cat food. Not just any cat food. The cat food hand selected, chosen by the employee Madi. Madi a team member at this location, helped supply with me the cat food my cat needed to ensure she was taken care of after that clinic visit. Not only did Madi supply cat food. Madi also supplied friendship. When I opened up to Madi about what happened to my cat overnight, Madi offered her sincere condolences. No only that, but also guide-ship on how to be the best owner to my cat post surgery. Thank you Pet supermarket for all that you do. And Madi… thank you for being a friend. ❤️”
