I try very hard not to shop here because of things like this. I do not understand how hard it is to maintain, and make sure, that customers can buy quality products for their pets. I have brought to their attention in the past issues like this, but I guess that is not their priority. On the other hand, they have cute furry babies that are in need of a good home and that they are not to be returned (like the previous "parents") for having allergies. WHO DOESN'T HAVE ALLERGIES!?

Be careful when giving your membership phone number, they don't always put yours.
I returned a food product and my purchase does not appear in my membership. Im Luckily I did it a few days ago with my card.

Brittany and Emily in Grooming were awesome! Our frenchies aren’t fans of getting their nails trimmed in general, but they were able to get them taken care of!

absolutely horrible. i went in looking for a betta fish, 2 almost 3 of their fish were dead and ALL of the cups with murky, green water which ive never seen before at any petsmart. upon bringing the dead fish up to the counter, i was met with laughter. laughter over two lost lives? these people do not care about the welfare of their animals, only your money.

Grooming staff were a bit unfriendly. They called and asked me to reschedule so both dogs came at once. Easy enough. One of my dogs has a heart murmur. Their heart murmur policy is not listed anywhere that’s easy to find. One dog was taken back while I waited with the other dog for an additional 15 minutes waiting for the bather to return from break, only to be told they wouldn’t groom him. My issue is not with their policy- but in the lack of transparency and the fact that they didn’t ask further about it when they called the day before. My dog was caused undue stress without any benefit.

My husband and I had our 9 month old puppy Noelle trained by Stephanie in store, private classes. I can not say enough great things about Stephanie! She was absolutely amazing! She gave us so many great tools to help with continued training at home. She would print out what we did in class each week to help us refer back to at home. My puppy is a very stubborn girl but Stephanie always remained calm and clear with her commands. Stephanie knows her stuff! You can tell she truly loves dogs and loves training them!

Horrible customer service! My mother visited today between 11am - 12:30pm, while there was only one cashier. My mom who is a senior citizen, and suffers from lymphoma on her arms due to breast cancer, was purchasing bag of dog food, a box of training pads, and a few cans of dog food. Due to her lymphoma, my mother left everything in the cart and asked the cashier to scan the items out of the cart. After scanning the multiple items, the cashier realized there were two cans under the sack of dog food. Instead of kindly telling my mom that there were two missed items, she accused her of purposely hiding the cans! My mom called the manager, the manager apologized, but meanwhile the cashier was laughing at the situation. My mother was so insulted and embarrassed that she asked to cancel the purchase. She was so upset and was afraid she might suffer another stroke. Is this how PetSmart treats their seniors? Absolutely unacceptable behavior on behalf of this cashier.
