The photo department staff are extremely helpful and courteous, providing simple service with no wait time, and printed pictures come out great. However, experiences can vary. One customer reported significant negligence at the pharmacy, involving incorrect COVID tests, broken systems, and a lack of follow-up, which was very frustrating. This was later partially redeemed by a staff member who made an effort to help. Overall, many find the staff wonderful, helpful, and nice, with some noting they have never had a bad experience despite frequent visits.

I never like to have to call a pharmacy this day and age. Things just don't ever work smoothly that way but I had to today and it was a little stressful at first. But let me just say the female pharmacy that helped me out today and got me my prescription within 2 hours was a gem. I so love that this is my Walgreens
