I wanted to have some older photos scanned to have copies printed of them today at the photo department. The staff members were extremely helpful and courteous to me. I was dreading going there because of my previous bad experience. But the staff members at the photo department completely changed my mind for the better today. It was relatively simple and I had no wait time involved. Thank you Walgreen's staff members.

Pharmacy girls are the MOST RUDE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!Funny thing is, they don't even care. I'm begging to wonder if it has all justbecome a big JOKE to them. REALLY !!

They have FedEx pickup services but if your label needs tape, don’t expect them to help. Instead, they have a bucket of tape on the counter in the drop off area for you to buy (they know people typically need tape instead of providing great customer service, they make u buy it) and of course the tape is over priced. Talk about a rip off…. Couldn’t mail my package because they wouldn’t give me a piece of scotch tape or anything for that matter.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Probably the worst on planet Earth. The staff need a serious training lesson on how to treat people. I live 25 minutes away, don't tell me you'll have my prescriptions ready at 5:30pm and leave me sit until 8:00pm. This is not the first time they have done this, it has been every single time. They are always rude and don't care that most of their customers are leaving angry. There is a reason this Walgreens has such bad reviews. Corporate needs to take a serious look at this store and their staff.

Pharmacy is completely negligent.Monday I go in for covid tests, Done incorrectly and they apologize, Asks me to come back Tuesday.. I come back Tuesday, Take tests again. This time their systems are broken and they've had to get tests from other stores. I get no results again, They apologize and the guy tells me he will get us an appointment at another location tomorrow morning. I called today, The guy there says he has no clue and I need to make an appointment online.I explain how important this is, My mother in law has stage 4 cancer whom lives with us.. This testing was important.After my story, He then puts me on hold and makes someone in the Photo department take my call as a complaint I guess because he is too busy to care.We will never step foot in this walgreens again.I spend thousands a year there and they Just don't even have the decency to fix their own mistakes. Not to mention the government funding they are being paid for to take tests.*Update* the only reason why this Walgreens redeemed itself is because of Nakita in the Pharmacy. She actually called us and tried to make an effort, and the woman in photo. Thank you.

Ordinarily, I dread getting any prescriptions filled at this location because the staff is rude or indifferent. Today, I had an awesome experience with Nikita! I had a complicated prescription that required quite a bit of back and forth between pharmacy, hospital and insurance and she was incredibly helpful. I hope she sticks around and her cheerfulness rubs off.

The Staff is nice at this Wallgreen but pharmacy needs work on timing, However sadly this Wallgreens location is not safe. I was with my family and there was a guy continuously staring riding his Bisikle back and forth I’ve also noticed some activity over time customers need to make sure to lock their car doors. Law enforcement should investigate this area!

This is a great pharmacy. My fiancé has been having a difficult time filling his medication and they have been the only pharmacy to be compassionate and understanding while working with him and his doctor to ensure he can get it. It is so refreshing to speak to people who are kind and genuinely care about others instead of completely dismissing them as “out of sight out of mind”. I want them to know we greatly appreciate this kind of service.

I've been shopping Walgreens for decades (literally!) for items like paper plates, OTC health needs such as bandaids and tobacco products.I have always found the premises clean and tidy. Store personnel (though generally understaffed) are generally pleasant and helpful.I'm 65 y/o, and affronted withshowing my ID to purchasetobacco . (I expect alcohol purchasers experience this as well)While I respect the Walgreens' principles and goals, They Must do Better.I encountered a change at checkout. There is no longer a book of coupons. Now, one needs to install the app, blah blah blah (It cost me $1 :€)Is Walgreens purposely alienating senior citizens? (I'm confident I needn't explain). Why not offer BOTH? Walgreens Needs to do Better.

Made a mistake on our prescriptions and refused to fix it. Some weekend foreign pharmacist with an attitude. We will be moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere. Walgreens cares less about its customers. No more corner of happy and healthy just poor service.

Dropped off prescriptions at 7:00pm and ask for asap. I was told 1.5 hours. Returned at 9:00. Prescription not even started. Pharmacist apologized and at 9:40 I’m still waiting…….Previous dropped off prescriptions for pain meds for my family member with terminal cancer. Returned 2 hours later as directed. Prescription could not be filled, out of med. Told to return next day at noon. Then next day told that Walgreens only receives meds on Thursdays. Waited 48 hours to fill a common narcotics, because I was not told it would not be available and they often ‘run out ‘ before refill day, which is evidently Thursdays.I will be changing pharmacy in January 2023.

The pharmacy takes the time to catch drug interactions and calls/messages when items are ready or if there will be a delay. I’ve never had a mistake come through.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is unprofessional as well as slow. The manager during the day shift is disrespectful! I arrived at the drive thru at the pharmacy I was the only car in line. The manager stated it will be a couple of minutes because she had to pour the meds in a bottle. I said ok and then she tells me to move out of the line so she can service the other cars that pulled up behind me. There were about 3 cars at this point. I asked why would I pull around and wait almost 45 minutes? If all it takes is a couple of minutes for my prescription for my 7 year old. She then tells me she’s not going to give me my prescriptions if I don’t move out of line. I said no first come first serve.Then she states she’s going to call the police on me! And stood there staring at me for about 10 minutes. I said my meds could have already been done. All the time she stood there. She tells me to get out of her line. I’m like call the cops then! What are you going to tell them I want my meds and you refuse to do your job? So rude and disrespectful! My son had a extreme surgery about 2 weeks ago the same person made me wait an hour for his meds. She definitely doesn’t need to be a manager over anything. I asked for her name and she refused. Oh not to mention when I came the two weeks ago after my son surgery I told her he was bleeding out of the nose and could she give me some tissue or anything. She said she didn’t have anything to give me with an attitude. This lady needs to be fired!!!!
