This place is really holit or miss! Been a customer 16-17yrs. and for every positive experience I have a Negative one! They just seem incapable of helping perhaps because the way the system is setup, but never the less help is sometimes hard to find here. The 2.8 rating at this time is about right

Opened a checking account with Sigred and am surprised with how pleasant the experience was. She explained my options thoroughly and didn't waste my time explaining products I wasn't interested in (this is usual with other banks I have visited). Definitely recommend this branch if you are local to Palm Coast.
