I have been with chase for over 10 years and a business client for 7 years. My business account was closed in error. Causing serious disruption. They do not return calls. Tara the branch manager was unwilling to offer any assistance.

Drive up atm had plants over growing in a tight space and scratched up my truck. There should be no bushes there with the tight space it is to get in.
