Obvious the ladies at Regions were happy to see me.I met with Lily at the teller window and told her I needed 2 cashier checks. She took my information and suggest I might like to sit because it would take a couple of minutes. Very shortly later she presented me with my request and ask if she could do anything else. Extremely helpful, and professional. Lily made me feel like a valid employee. While was waiting for Lily the other lady behind the teller window inquired if she could be of any help. Lily is an asset to Regions Bank. Honestly, bothe of these ladies are an asset to Regions.”

“So due to online banking, we really don't have to visit the banks very often… However, I made a visit to this bank because I needed certified bank checks. I just need to tell you that I personally had the best experience ever. When I walked into this Bank of America branch I was greeted right away. I was asked to join and sit down behind a desk right where all the tellers are . Her name was Jackie. She was absolutely amazing even though she has my name we bonded instantly anyway. “I dealt with sandy today. I had issues with a payroll check being held and the funds not being released. I had called customer service and got no where at all sat on hold for 45 mins and no help.
Went into branch office and Sandy was so kind and sweet she was able to get my deposit all cleared up. She took her time explaining everything to me. I walked in really mad. I’ve met with them for retirement planning and they were always prepared, friendly and explained everything so well. The parking lot does belong to the bank..not the restaurants, and I dare say that there is always someone ready to sue if they fall in a lot!! The bank needs to beboroactive to protect themselves..the restaurants need to provide parking, not the bank!”
