“*edit*the owner reached out and fixed the ring at no charge. it is definitely thicker in the resize area. it seems more material was used to make it stronger. we feel confident that it will not come apart now.purchase the ring there in 2020 for my fiance. a couple days ago the seam from where it was sized broke apart when my wife got it caught on something. brought it back today and they wanted to charge $100 to repair it. The ring was not abused, deformed, or mangled or in any other way showing signs of misuse. The woman at the counter said this happens all the time and that's why they charge. well if it happens all the time maybe it's bad workmanship and they should get somebody better to do this job.buyer beware. if you buy your rings from them, get them sized somewhere else that you can trust cuz if theirs doesn't last but a few years that's an awful lot of money over the course of a lifetime to repair every 3 to 4 years.”
