“The owner of this franchise is usually the person banning the desk. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s become my go to for shipping if you’re in Palm Harbor and would like a place that never has a line and easy parking. This is worth checking out.”

“The mail room is one of those unique shops that makes you feel like you’re back in a small town main street store, where the staff knows you by name and truly cares about their customers. They not only help pack and ship pretty much anything, they also carry some of the cutest and funniest greeting cards I have ever seen. They also carry an eclectic variety of home decor, knick knacks, and jewelry. You’ll find things you never knew you needed! I have to say that the staff behind the counter is what keeps me and all their clients coming back! They are caring, thoughtful, and treat everyone with respect. They don’t try to upsell you - they help you find the shipping option that fits your needs and budget. You can see that many of their customers have been coming back for years - and you can’t say that about many places nowadays! Next time you’re in the area, stop in and look around.”

“A UPS store is a UPS store. They have a purpose but this location always offers exceptional customer service. Today’s interaction with Julie is like many other Ive had. Down to earth, patient (as I scramble for my return codes from SHEIN) and super friendly. She was a blessing of an interaction today. Very much needed”

“The best customer service I've experienced anywhere! I really appreciate their attention to detail, the account management and the quick responses. Every time I call, I will get my account agent, Evan Bennett, on the line and he is always efficient and helpful. By far the best LTD shipping company I've found to do business with.”
