“After a string of bad luck in this area, I was really happy with my decision to use this locations services for shipping and printing. They’re warm and smiling when you approach and that alone just seems rare in customer service these days. I honestly feel like customer service has taken a dip and been replaced with arrogance and rudeness. But not here. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt like the people here were condescending or pushy. They were knowledgeable, made great decisions, and by the end of the short exchange had already started using my first name in conversation. That’s A+ service in my book.
Let me just say this. When you’re nice to your customers, they will spend more money and give you more business. I will make sure friends and family use this location for their services moving forward. This has been a great start of the day for me. Thank you.”
“The UPS in Tarpon is absolutely amazing! Sal was so accommodating and went above and beyond helping me with my return. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Honestly, all of the staff here is always so pleasant and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. A huge thank you as well to Tracy for helping me with my Christmas cards for 2025. “I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. I obviously do my amazon returns here (hehe) and they are fast and efficient. Recently I shipped something overnight from FL to AR (cost was over $100). The next day it was at the UPS hub in Clearwater at like 1p. So I knew it was not leaving the state - or at least not getting to AR by guaranteed 8p. I called and kept getting people over seas. Finally Alex answered- he tracked down the package and had Heather request it come back to this location so I can get it back. Heather also requested a refund for the shipping cost without me even asking. Now a refund check is on the way. Amazing customer service!!! Amazing Team that works together!!! You just do not see that anymore (post covid lol) Thank you!!!”
“This is my preferred store for shipping important documents. Even though it is a chain, this family-run location delivers the small business experience where you feel like a valued customer.
Not just the owner (who is often on site), but her employees take the effort to answer your questions, pack your important shipments carefully, and provide good customer service.
Everyone answers your questions patiently- over the phone or in person. This kind of excellent customer service is a breath of fresh air. I will be back, and recommend the store highly to anyone requiring high fidelity shipping and tracking services.”

“Angela! That's all I have to say! More specifically, and for context, I was in this UPS location in Clearwater with a colleague the other day doing a very complicated and tedious shipping thingy involving very large return items and AMAZON. Need I say more? Angela is probably the most patient and caring person I ever met in customer service. I spent the better part of my young adult life specializing in customer service and treasure those who do it well. With all of our frustrations (as you can imagine) and the complexities, Angela hung in there with us and got the process handled. We went in dreading the experience, were quite unhappy getting it done with amazon customer service, but left smiling, all because of the help we received. Thanks for making a potential train wreck experience into a pleasant one. Just felt like I had to take a moment to acknowledge because this level of treatment is practically unheard of today! “The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient. But if you have a US Postal Service package, you're better off putting it in your mailbox with the flag up. When dropped off here, takes FOREVER for it to start tracking between the multiple daily mail carrier pick ups and having to get to the actual post office before it gets scanned...”

“The level of care and customer service at this location is truly unmatched. I’m not sure why it’s taken me 8 years of being a customer to write a review, but I truly love stopping in. The owners are so friendly, and the staff works incredibly hard. I do a lot of online shopping, which means a lot of returns, so I’m there at least once a week, if not more. I have gone to other UPS locations in the past, and this one truly goes above and beyond for their guests.”

“I was at the FedEx office in Oldsmar and Diane not only was professional. She took 10 minutes to help me with my labels. Make sure my golf bag was secure. It’s the first time I’m shipping golf clubs. She literally went through every step with me. She hung my lanyard she taped my lanyard sheet gave me zip ties. She showed me where to put the zip ties. She literally went through every step with me and made me feel so good about shipping my golf clubs I could not recommend a better FedEx store and I am very appreciative how much Diane took her time to help me step-by-step about everything I could do to make sure my shipment was gonna be secure and give me peace of mind.”
