“I had an appt last Thursday for an oil change. My advisor met me right away and we talked about what I wanted done. Other services were suggested but I declined. I was very happy with my experience with Palm Harbor Honda service department.
However, on a different note, I decided to look at new cars when I was there. As I was looking, Kristin came over to see if she could help. She said she would be right back with the info I requested. She went into a nearby office. I waited for awhile when another young man asked if I needed help. I told him I was waiting for Kristin so he went to check he said she was waiting for the paperwork . A few more minutes went by before she returned. She had papers in her hand but then said they weren’t for me. What a waste of my time!”
“This store consistently has the best employees! Some auto parts stores and mechanics can make women uncomfortable by either not giving us enough information or talking down to us. Not this store! I’ve been going here for years for new wiper blades & replacement bulbs for both cars. I’m the handy person in the house & enjoy fixing whatever I can myself. That has included the odd automotive fix for the last five yrs thanks to the staff at this location. Thanks for always being friendly, helpful, AND respectful.”
“Renee Biggs provided excellent customer service helping quickly pick up vehicle and. It have to worry about the rental car- seem less transition and when the car threw a code- she quickly had diagnostics look at it and provide print out. Great service experience from everyone at Tasca. Thank you also to Frank and Bruce in Sales a couple buildings down and to the Parts store as well helping with things.”

“First Choice quoted me $300 for a job that other places were quoting me $1000-$2000 for. Other places were just wanting to do a lot more work than what I wanted in order to get it all back to being like new. I should’ve had more “after” photos, but you can barely tell something happened, and I paid a fraction of the price I thought I would have to pay. If you look closely, it looks kinda like maybe a shopping cart nicked it now, instead of a car. I was SO impressed with the job and cost, I even tacked on a little extra for Dan’s work and honesty. Rare to find all of that nowadays. Also, it’s been months since this happened, I just still find myself thinking about how lucky I got with this whole situation, so I decided to write a review.
