“I went to Plato’s yesterday (Friday) and today. My experience today was so much better than yesterday. The staff tonight (Taylor, Inci & Ipek) was a breath of fresh air compared to the day before. They were helpful and engaging with me. Being that on Friday was my first time I had asked some questions and come to find out I was given the wrong information. Even though I was told wrong Taylor, Ipek & Inci took care of me anyway. Did they have to NOPE but they did. I mean even down to the music was so much nicer. I will call ahead from now on and make sure these girls are at the store before I come back. I truly hope that Plato’s really appreciates these girls because they make a difference for their company!!”
