“Bought a new battery in Feb. Everything was fine. COVID-19 hits, I'm working from home and barely using my car. Fast forward to late April. Battery dies completely! I get a jump, head on up to Congress Auto Parts. I've lost the receipt but they still replace the battery for free. I had to go to a different location because they didn't have one in stock, but they were so nice and courteous I didn't mind a bit. Very nice people.”
“My check engine light came on and I was freaking out. But, the gentleman (I don’t know his name but he has an Ivy tattoo on his left hand) was able to do the free check engine light service and diagnosed the issue as quickly as he could. I was in and out of that store with a plan on how to fix my minor issue in seconds. He was cool, knowledgeable, and kind. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely come back again cause of him”

“Milton and team did an excellent job. Went in for a Battery, he replaced that and helped installing new wiper blades. Knowledgeable with all the parts and very efficient. They will quote you for a new battery, if you can get by with a lesser quality and shorter warranty ask for a lower cost battery to save money.”
