“I couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for Nicole. Nicole is absolutely amazing! She was hands on from the beginning. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Especially after not receiving my order she immediately looked into what happen spoke with who she needed to speak with and resolved the problem while still keeping me informed every step of the way. She made me feel important and that I mattered and that is a wonderful feeling. Thank you so much Nicole keep up the amazing workService: Transmission”

“Bought a new battery in Feb. Everything was fine. COVID-19 hits, I'm working from home and barely using my car. Fast forward to late April. Battery dies completely! I get a jump, head on up to Congress Auto Parts. I've lost the receipt but they still replace the battery for free. I had to go to a different location because they didn't have one in stock, but they were so nice and courteous I didn't mind a bit. Very nice people.”

“Store was open later than others and had the parts I needed in stock. Staff had to hunt it down for us when the system couldn't identify the parts location. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you”
“Berkys was the best specialist we’ve ever had!! She changed my car battery in my Tahoe (the hardest battery to change) in no time. 10/10 she was the best!!!”
