“I always use this UPS store for all my needs. Yes there are times that you do have to wait as they do lots of Amazon returns, but the wait is not usually long and the staff is very friendly.”

“We use this UPS Store every single day, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the team here. This has to be one of the busiest locations around, yet the employees are consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. No matter how long the line is or how nonstop the packages are, they always greet customers with a smile and keep things moving smoothly.
Their ability to handle such a high volume of work while remaining calm, helpful, and upbeat is genuinely impressive. It makes a huge difference when you rely on a business daily, and this team never disappoints.
The only downside—and this has nothing to do with the store or staff—is the number of customers who ignore the clearly posted No Parking signs and block the road in front of the store. It creates unnecessary congestion and makes it unsafe to enter or exit the parking garage where people are supposed to park.
That said, the staff handles everything with grace, even in less-than-ideal situations. We are extremely grateful for this team and can’t imagine using any other UPS Store. Highly recommend!”

“Went today to drop off three amazon returns. Jason attended to me and was extremely professional, he helped me bc i didnt know what to do to adhere three labels to three boxes and if i had to cross things out or scribble out old labels snd he helped me pack them up and label them to assure that they were good to go. “When a merchant returned a repaired item, they used the wrong address, that being the UPS Store in Boynton Beach instead of my home address. After 6 weeks of arguing with the merchant that did give me the address that the item was delivered to. I took my entire file to Siah, the UPS Store manager who asked for 24 hours to investigate the problem. Within the time frame he identified the problem, found the package and contacted me to retrieve my package .... problem solved”
