The employees go above and beyond to help their customers. Infact the reason I began going to this store is due to witnessing an an employee running to the door to help a customer. I have never been to that store (i go at least one a week or so) without them being very nice, helpful and caring

I know every time I walk into this UPS store I am happily greeted. Everyone is very friendly. If there is any line, they move through it very quickly. It is also conveniently located next to Publix. This is my go to spot for Amazon returns!
