“Fantastic outlet mall to shop frequently. We go at least monthly, this is an amazing mall and great deals and wonderful food court. What better way to start a Sunday with Cars and Coffee before you get your family shopping list done. Great turn out once again lots of nice 50s, 60s and 70s muscle cars, classic 80s (no power lol) great exotics, supercars and oh yea lots of new cars (dime a dozen 750hp) seem like fun, not for me I like built not bought.”

Her patience with me was not pushy but waiting for me to respond. She was allowing me to be me. While ringing up the tab, she suggested how I could get another $50 gift card. What a great opportunity that I didn't realize I had! Then another customer serviceceèr helped me pick out a pearl necklace, which helped me get the gift card. She is also a teacher. The assistant manager dropped in with a few more suggestions. It wasn't overwhelming but comfortably refreshing. This was a team effort from a group of altruistic people helping a customer just shopping by making it an enjoyable experience. “Service like out of a movie!!! Like just doesn’t happen anymore, apparently except at Men’s Wearhouse in Boynton Beach. I didn’t get the sales woman’s name and am so sad I didn’t. I remember she had a tiny bit of a Caribbean accent.She greeted me right away. I told her the kind of suit I wanted. In less than a minute she took my measurements. So fast it didn’t even register. She suggested the right color and style. She picked the right size off the rack the first try. She got the trousers hemmed and pressed the suit, too. In less than 30 minutes I was out the door with exactly what I needed.Totally lived up to the “You’re gonna love the way you look” commercials. Give this lady a raise.”

“1-15-24 Came to Palm Beach for the day and came to Worth Avenue to do a little shopping. Ralph Lauren is a favorite of mine for clothing as well as bedding. So as we entered the one first door in it landed us in the men's clothing area. We took the elevator up to the second floor to see the bedding. Beautifully displayed bed and lots to choose from. This bedding is one of my favorites and the softness of the sheets and quality is perfect. They will last forever. I took photos of the display as I am trying to decide how to decorate my new home and it definitely gave me choices. This way I can call them to ship when I am ready. As we made our way downstairs back down the elevator we made our way through the ladies area. They had an extensive range that would wardrobe you day until evening just beautiful.”

“I bought two pairs of pants here on Friday, Dec 22, 2023. One pair was an off brand that was 20$, and the other was a pair of Levi's. The off brand had a lot of holes in them at the waistline that were on the table. I had managed to find a pair without a hole at the waistline. I put them on to wear for Christmas, and my fiance pointed out that there was a hole on the left leg so I had to wear my Levi's for Christmas and return the off brand with the hole back to Macy's and the cashier was so nice and helpful. That was my first time ever returning anything to Macy's.”
