They also have a good selection of food vendors throughout the Cafe area and local businesses are also able to setup here to sell their goods.
It's an open air outlet which is nice to enjoy the weather along with shopping. There's plenty of cozy areas to sit and lounge if you wish to.”

“Lululemon at CityPlace in West Palm Beach is such a refreshing shopping experience. The store itself is smaller than some of their other locations, but honestly, it doesn’t feel like anything is missing. The layout is super easy to navigate—everything is spaced out really well, so you don’t feel cramped while browsing. I loved how simple it was to check out the clothes without digging or feeling overwhelmed.
Trying things on was also a breeze. The fitting rooms were spotless and had that calming, minimalist vibe. No clutter, no weird lighting—just clean, functional, and comfortable. Big plus in my book.
What really stood out was the staff. They were never in-your-face or pushy, which I really appreciate. At the same time, if I needed help or had a question, someone was always nearby and happy to assist. That perfect balance of giving you space but being fully available.
Even though it’s a bit smaller, they had all the trending pieces I was hoping to find—plus a solid selection of accessories. It felt curated in the best way. I walked out with exactly what I wanted and felt great about the whole visit. Definitely a location I’ll come back to.”

“The store is very clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need. I also really appreciate that they consistently have great sales. Oscar was absolutely amazing—warm, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He made the checkout process feel welcoming and pleasant, which I truly valued.
However, I did have an unfortunate experience with another staff member named Natalia. When I asked her for help with a specific size and color, she had me waiting over 10 minutes, even though she didn’t appear busy at the time. Eventually, I ended up retrieving the items myself. I also felt uncomfortable when she commented that the size I asked for didn’t seem like it would fit me and instead suggested a different one—even after I told her I had already tried that size and it was too big. Despite my request, she brought me the size she thought I should wear, not the one I asked for. That interaction left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.
While this one experience left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, I want to emphasize that everyone else I encountered was welcoming and kind, and overall, the store maintains a positive atmosphere.”

As far as the clothes, I found great pieces for 50% off which was great. Great quality and style. We expect nothing less from a brand like Brooks brothers.

“This is a beautiful outlet l love it the security is always around but they need to spread out and not be all in one spot all the time for hours. Be nice to all customers not just the white high class citizens especially the black associates that work there. Come in the morning they almost never pleasant to them they just slide around like their look for a thief. It’s ridiculous l seen this numerous of times. Majority of them are rude never have a welcome energy they act like Racist cops.”
“I have seen a couple of negative reviews about this store recently, and I just want to say that I had a very good experience earlier this week.
I needed to return a shirt that I had bought online. I went to the store, found the customer service desk and got in the line behind the customer who was being served. A staff member came up the desk and offered to assist me. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was very pleasant and polite. She did the return very quickly, and then tried to help me find another item that I was interested in. I was also greeted pleasantly by another staff member.
I did not go in the dressing room, so I can’t comment on that, but the store in general seemed well organized and clean.”
