“I want to recognize Nelsey for the exceptional help he gave me in the photo department today. I was having difficulty getting photos from my phone to the Walgreens kiosk, and Nelsey stopped what he was doing, which was stocking, to help me.
It turned out to be much more complicated than either of us expected. We had to locate the correct photos on my phone and send them to the kiosk several different times before we finally got everything right. Nelsey stayed with me through the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, cheerful, and never once made me feel as though I was taking too much of his time.
At one point, Nelsey told me, “The customer always comes first.” What impressed me was that those weren't just words—that is exactly how he treated me. He could easily have pointed me toward the kiosk and returned to his work. Instead, he stayed with me and made sure the problem was solved and that I was able to get the photographs I wanted.
Nelsey is exactly the kind of employee Walgreens should recognize. He turned what had been a very frustrating experience into a successful one, and I am very grateful for the time, patience, and attention he gave me.”

“Palm pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. They treat you like a person. Their family orientated in and the pharmacist is a great guy. They never make you wait for your script or tell you to come back that they’re too busy. The owner is a great guy too. I recommend whoever has Walgreens or CVS to start going to Palm Pharmacy.”
