“The customer service here really is amazing. It’s probably the only auto shop I’ve ever been in alone as a woman where they didn’t make me feel stupid, mansplain, or try to sell me anything unnecessary. I really cannot recommend them enough.”

“I was in West Palm on business having come from Orlando, which is 2.5 hours away. On the evening I was there after I did my work I was going to head back to my hotel room. When I attempted to get into my car the key fob would not allow me to unlock the car. I used the actual key to open the door but the fob did not activate the computer system and let me start the car. I immediately started searching for local mechanics with hopes of getting my car towed to a shop and getting it fixed. I had business in North Palm the next day. I found Palm Springs A/C and Automotive. I called the number thinking I'd leave a message. It was 10 PM. I was amazed when Joanie answered. She was very nice and assured me she would get me taken care of and not to worry. Fortunately I was with a friend and he drove me to the hotel and back to my car the next morning. I was hoping the computer or the fob would reset. Unfortunately the car was still dead. I called triple A and was going to have a tow truck driver take my car to the shop. I called Triple A at 9 AM. It took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to be. I was furious. When the tow driver finally arrived he opened my hood and checked the battery and said it was fine. Then while the device was attached he got in my car and started it right up. I had a little more then an hour before the shop was closing. It was a Saturday. Thrilled my car was running and I wouldn't need a tow, I raced over to the shop. I met Brian outside and told him my situation and that I had to be in North Palm Beach by 3 pm. He stopped working on the car he was busy with, went over to my car with his gadget that checks systems. I kid you not, he had my fob and computer reprogrammed in 5 minutes. My worries of having a tow truck take my car back to Orlando were over. I was terrified I'd be paying hundreds or thousands of dollars to get my car that is just about paid off fixed. Brian and Joanie were as nice as could be, and truthfully were the best part of my weekend in south Florida. They really did me a solid. I see this other scathing review and candidly I saw nothing like that from Brian and Joanie. They saved me from what could have been a horrible situation. The only criminal I saw was Triple A taking almost three hours to get to me as the clock was ticking down before the shop closed. Thank you Brian. I won't forget what you did for me.”
