“UPDATE: I did the dirty deed and traded in my car for the TX500h fSport and I am OBSESSED!! This car handles like a dream and has some serious drive smart tech. I get 27MPG and can tow 5,000lbs (easily the boat! So now we can take that WITH the camper ?). Frederico was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very conscientious to feel out my needs and wants and then pull a test drive vehicle that ticked as many of the boxes as possible. I bought the first car I test drove. The only box NOT ticked was the gray interior instead of black. But, my dogs have black fur so this is for the best hahaha. Frederico was very professional and kind, funny and relaxed. I did not feel pressured to buy but we kept doing the “let’s see what this looks like” game until I got set up with “Mo” in financing to finalize my paperwork. And Mo was wonderful to work with. He had TONS of knowledge about the vehicle and just solidified my conviction with the purchase. I was on the fence about a Jeep Grand Cherokee but know Lexus has HUGE reliability in the brand recognition, so there was no comparison. I was treated so wonderfully and felt very valued and extremely at ease throughout the entire process.
While I have yet to actually purchase a vehicle, Hasan has been so extremely helpful to me over my last 3 visits in the last 2 years. I drive for work and have many considerations, including hauling my work equipment. Hasan spoke with me about fears of going all electric versus hybrid versus gas powered and was very candid about all warranties and likelihood of any mechanical issues for their brand. He was happy to allow me to test drive any and everything I have wanted to test drive. But I am super impressed by his knowledge of each model and its features, packages, specs, pricing etc. He is like a walking encyclopedia of Lexus knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend working with him for your purchase. I am building out what I am wanting now to put a deposit on anything that may be available.”
“Tony and Jose were great! I found them to be honest and helpful. They found me a great suv at a price point I could afford. The suv needed wheel bearings (which I did not know) and they made sure the work was done before I left. They could have easily sold it to me without the repair but they didn't and I found that to be very honest. I will buy from them again.”

“Shout out to Rich for getting me hooked on to the Ford Crown Victoria that was displayed out front of the building. Ran great, ice cold AC and because it used to be a police car years ago, I know for sure it's been well maintained. They have a decent selection if anyone is looking for a vehicle. Rich has been upfront and honest about everything including the numbers when it comes to in house financing, plus instead of getting paper tags, I get hard tags there.
I'll try to recommend some friends in the area to come check this place out.”

“I don't generally write reviews unless I am super happy or super unhappy. In Thoroughbred Motors case, I am extremely happy and pleased with their vehicle, and service through out the process of buying a car. I reside in upper mid-west and was looking for a clean BMW M2 nationwide. Jon at Thoroughbred understood immediately what I was looking for. He sent me several pictures of the car they had on top of all the high-res pictures they already had on their website. We easily agreed upon a price in less than 10 minutes and sealed the deal after a small deposit. I have hardly ever dealt with non-brand dealerships but Jon's professionalism, responsiveness, and understanding of what needed to be done put me at ease. I wired them the entire balance and within minutes, got an official bank receipt stating they had received the funds against the M2. I was super happy already, but the entire transaction gets even better this point forward. I was leaving for vacation out of town and the car needed to be shipped from Miami to my location in less than 3-4 days. Jon worked his magic and got a transport service to deliver the car to me. He could have washed his hands off the sale and gone to the next one as his work was done, but not Jon. The transport service had a breakdown 6 hours away from my location. Jon again came to the rescue and arranged for a second transport service to pick up my car from the broken down location and deliver to me in time before I left for vacation. I have bought 10+ cars from out of state and had them shipped over 1/2 a dozen times. I have NEVER seen anyone work so hard to take care of their customer AFTER the sale the way Jon did. All I can say is "I am a customer of THOROUGHBRED MOTORS for LIFE".”
