The two owners Melissa and Dennis were the rudest, most unprofessional, and irrational business owners I have dealt with. They were very sneaky in the way they conduct business, not having anything in writing/ lying about conversations that were had. I rather drive to Ft Lauderdale than go here ever again for any of my camera needs because quality of service and integrity are nonnegotiable for me, and AA FotoFast lacks both.

This might not be the neatest store out there, but there’s no denying that service is worthwhile. I went in for a repair of my Canon film SLR and I was able to get it repaired in a very short time. I was even able to walk out of there with a film point and shoot for a great price. I would highly recommend the store to anybody, whether they’re a beginner just starting out looking to get into the film photography hobby, or someone intermediate looking for something rare and vintage. This place has it all.

What could have been an expensive repair took only a piece of aluminum foil to repair a broken battery terminal in my camera. I could have found it on Google but Ron is an honest man and told me what to do to save me the expense. Had a nice talk about homeowners insurance as well. Nice guy ??

Visiting Florida during February to escape cold weather. An unexpected mishap landed camera in Biscayne Bay. At this point camera is dead. Found AAA Fotofast on internet while researching camera repair shops. Stopped by and spoke with Ron to get his opinion whether to try to repair, if repairable, or discard and purchase a new one. He asked a couple of questions: how much was original cost, how long had camera, etc. He felt best option was to try to repair. We left the camera with him. He called a couple of hours later with an estimate. Only potential issue was he had to order part and we were leaving in about 8 or 9 days and there was a possibility part may not get here in time due to federal holiday. We received a call one week later, part made it and camera was ready to pick up. At this point everything seems to be working well. Thanks so much Ron and your staff for your help on short notice. Donnie and Cindy

This place is awesome. I stopped in, not realizing they were closed for a holiday and were only there to finish some paperwork, and they were kind enough to let me look around the store. Ended up buying a camera in amazing condition for a bargain. I haven't had anything repaired here, so I can't speak to how it is as a repair shop, but as a store I would absolutely say you should stop by.

AAA Fotofast is a cool store if you are a photographer for its vintage lenses and gear. I hired them to fix my Canon RP and they did it fast.

I am so pleased with this store.I had to write a review. I went to another store to have my fathers camera repaired. They told me my camera was junk and had no parts that i should throw it away and buy a new modern camera from them. I was so upset and told a friend and he recommended fotofast when i showed them the camera they said no problem and had it fixed within a week. I was so happy to get my dad's camera back working perfect and a low price. I would highly recommend this store." THANKS A MILLION FOR FIXING MY PRECIOUS DAD'S CAMERA "

This place has plenty of vintage cameras and is a godsend to the area. It's an antique camera store full of gems highly recommend the owner is hilarious, cool af & employing young black men so he is official in my book. He let me take my time trusted me with expensive equipment and didn't rush or bother me. The prices he gives are fair or a lil above market value but this is an independent owned camera shop owned by a f****** legend with decades of experience. Real photographers will LOVE this place. Def an experience togo there.

Very funny. I thought the one star reviews were excessive. I walked in and wasted my time. He gave a ridiculous price and did not even try to offer to repair my camera, just replace it. His attitude was distasteful, and upsetting. Pathetic. I wouldn’t waste my time again. PS. The place is absolutely packed with stuff. He couldn’t place my camera on his counter because it kept sliding off notebooks, bags, cables, and other cameras.

where do I start.... This establishment has a lot of neat elements, and a lot of potential , cool finds, and lots knick knacks. Now where it all goes down hill is the attitude and customer service. The owner Ron has no idea how to run a business in this decade. The place is very dirty, and unorganized, which is alright. I also don't care about political views, it all boils down to customer service. most of the things he sells will not work as he says, and he will not give you your money back. This guy makes up prices at the top his head for used , unreliable cameras that he can't really vouch for. There is a risk in buying a used camera but he will rip you off , and be extremely rude to you if you come back with any kind of complaint or dissatisfaction in the product he sold you. He talks like he's doing you a favor when he's doing bare minimum customer service. He was SO rude to me as a customer after I spent $300 at his store, for non functioning products. He refused to give me money back and I had to settle for a camera I didn't really want. He is just there to take your money and rip you off. Most of the equipment he sells is unreliable and not taken care of. Everything is neglected. Please if you're just starting film DO NOT COME HERE , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Stay away , go to some of the new nicer spots that take care of their products and will work with you as a customer. Example palm film lab , cardinal film lab, or bellows. The one star is for his nasty attitude, and I'll never forget it. Stay away from here please.
