I ordered the currency online for delivery and received an email a few days later saying it was ready for pickup. Although there was a bit of a wait for a teller, the person who helped me (I believe their name was Annette) was a GEM. So thorough and kind. They made sure to follow all procedures and recommended I count the currency and check it against my official receipt before leaving. I felt really taken care of and everyone else that worked here greeted everyone that came in, smiled and genuinely made it such a pleasant experience.”
