I cannot recommend highly enough the honesty and care you will experience here. This is a down-to-earth trustworthy business. They aren’t glamorous or slick, don’t expect a waiting room and coffee. Expect serious people who are very good at what they do. They will tell you the issues, and help you think through the best course of action when your car ages. They do not invent problems, they seek to fix problems, and quickly. They have saved us more times than I can count and my family is very grateful for Smutny and Ross!
