“Enjoy going to lunch on Tuesday for a hot dog and beer and most importantly the great company. I tried the Thursday night NY strip steak, baked potato, and corn. Great tasting I love it and will do this again. Lynn and Charlie thanks for the recommendation. Rick and Tom see you on Tuesday.”

“This store is organized with variety. I always find good clothing . Their prices have gone up but I wouldn't mind if it is worth it. If there's is anything that would take a star from this review are the personnel. One time I was in the fitting room, the sales lady took my cart & when asked she responded in Spanish with an attitude. Half an hour's time of selection wasted & blamed me for leaving my cart. They don't allow taking the cart inside the fitting room & I pointed that but since we have a language barrier . She was upset at me As I was . I reported to it to the manager who apologized explaining she was new. Yes new to treating customers properly.”

“Awesome middle school. Why? It isn't just about awesome teachers, which it has. Every school, the best schools and the bad schools, have good and bad teachers. It is the magnet programs, that makes Southwood different and awesome. If your child auditions, and makes it into one of the magnet programs (dance, art, music, drama, photography, robotics...) then they are spending 2 periods a day, almost 2 hours a day, doing something they are really interested in. (Which leads nicely into various magnet high schools your student might be interested in: Coral Reef Sr., DASH, New World...) Each of the magnet programs have their awards and accolades. In addition, with such a large percentage of the student body in the magnet program, which has a minimum GPA and conduct grade requirement, it means that, proportionally, you have less conduct issues than a normal middle school. I'm not saying there aren't conduct issues, any middle school will have some, but there are proportionally less. My daughter also enjoys her artsy/geeky friends. She enjoys all the after school activity choices. Marvel Club? Sports? United Way spirit week that includes Anime day and awesome dances as well. Of course, its not just about the social life, or having fun in her magnet program. My daughter is in the 2 year advanced math and science track, which means she is taking 9th grade math and science in 7th grade. She is receiving high school credit, and will take 10th grade geometry and biology next year, in 8th grade. Southwood is it.”

“I have been to many goodwills in many states over many years and this is a very good one. It's clean, the staff is helpful and I have found amazing items. I don't expect yard sale prices because they don't have overhead. I also don't expect chain store pricing because they rely on overstocks in mass quantities. I go when I have plenty of time to shop and wait in a line if necessary. This great place gives people job training and recycles objects owners no longer want or need. Oh. And the source for statistics one fellow quoted is, "Medium", a social justice blog where writers can join and get their articles published. The writer is Alice C. Minium”
