The reviews highlight the business's strengths, including excellent customer service, knowledgeable and caring staff, and a well-stocked and organized store. However, some customers note that the store could benefit from a refurbishment, as it appears worn down. Overall, CVS is praised for its commitment to providing quality care and meeting the needs of its customers, even in times of urgent medical situations.
