“Thank you to the amazing staff and customers who helped my good friend on Saturday afternoon, 4/25/26, when her legs collapsed and she fell to the floor. So many people came to our aid. One woman found a chair Another brought the special cart with the seat. People helped lift her to the cart. The staff helped us to our car, checked out our groceries for us, and loaded our bags. They stayed with my friend while I ran in and paid. Everyone went above and beyond to help us and my friend and I can't thank you enough!! Very Sincerely, Kirsten Hughes”

“I actually like this Publix more than newer ones. Firstly though...the parking lot is a nightmare! It is in a strip mall and very messy to navigate. However, although it does not have self-checkout, it has items other Publix' do not have.”

“I love Publix and this is my store. The Publix app with the weekly add, BOGO, coupons, birthday gift, and much more is superb. Its easy to park, merchandise is first class, employees are friendly and helpful, great service and in and out quickly. Rarely have to wait in line. The competition is not even close.”

“Arturito’s Pharmacy is truly the best! The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I came in crying, overwhelmed, and frustrated after running around all day trying to get everything prepared for surgery. Arturito immediately took care of me, helped calm me down, and had my prescription filled in under 10 minutes—even though they were about to close for the day. Another gentleman there even took the time to pray for me before my surgery, which meant more to me than they’ll ever know. 🥹❤ This was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any business. Everyone was so caring, compassionate, and understanding during a moment when I really needed it. My medications were also reasonably priced, and they had everything I needed for my recovery. I cannot recommend Arturito’s Pharmacy enough. Thank you all for turning such a stressful day into such a comforting experience. You truly went above and beyond for me!”

“This is my neighborhood Publix. I grab dinner at the deli counter probably once or twice a week. Mondy in the deli is the BEST! She is friendly. Today she noticed me waiting for service. She stopped what she was doing in the back, washed her hands and helped me out right away. She always gives a full plate of food, too. Never skimps out.”

“I can count on employee customer service to deliver & surpass my expectations. How so? They'd check to get me items from the BoH, at checkout they at times take my basket for me & are attentive, and at Deli they make me the best of subs. Carlos Daniel is an extraordinary person in his service and quality craftmanship, along with his lady coworkers. They're just all great and i've forgotten their names, unfortunately. Overall a consistently pleasing place to shop, considering their employees good attitudes and willingness to help!”

“Today I went in on a busy Saturday and went to the deli which is always busy even on weekdays but I had the pleasure of being helped by the most sweetest lady named Damaris in Deli. She was smiling and even went above and beyond without the look of annoyance because I usually order Boar’s head Cajun turkey which requires them to slice. They also ran out of white sub bread but she went and grabbed fresh ones from the bakery for me. I was looking for a manger to let them know what a great employee she was but didn’t see any as I was checking out. Please let her know how she made me feel like a valued customer.”

“This is by far my favorite place to shop in coconut grove. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They recently remodeled all of the coolers so that any of the chilled goods are now behind cooler doors. Not sitting out on shelves , thus keeping all of our food fresh longer. A significant upgrade for a budget grocery store.”

“This is an especially enjoyable Publix location! It's huge, clean, modern, well laid out, has a wide variety of groceries, a pharmacy, deli, sushi, and a helpful, courteous staff. As a Wedding and Event DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada, the Florida Keys, and Southwest Florida, I really appreciate good hospitality and clean, modern design. I travel all over, and this Publix location stands out as one of the nicest ones I've been to as an avid Publix shopper. Highly recommend!!!”

“This is the best pharmacy on earth. I drive clear across town to pick up RX meds here because it’s worth it. I have never been frustrated, irritated, or stressed out by this pharmacy. I had been trying to get my toddler son’s antibiotic ear drops from CVS for 3 months… and I mean EVERY CVS. I would call every day, Leave a message and pray they would call me back. If they did call me back, they would tell me the medication hadn’t arrived and that it was such a hard medication to get. Suggests I try again the next day. My pediatrician told me about Marco Drugs. They called in the RX. Marco Drugs had it in 48 hrs. I literally cried when I picked up the mediation. Ever since then, whenever I need any medication, it’s ready for pickup next day. I am so unbelievably thankful for this pharmacy and its team. When your 1.5 year old is sick, you will do anything to help them get better. It’s a heartbreaking experience to watch them suffer while you’re doing everything possible to help them and a nationwide pharmacy just doesn’t care to help. By the way- I also called every Walgreens. Marco Drugs and Compounding is the way to go.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at University Pharmacy! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Natasha was truly amazing she took her time with me, explained everything in detail, and made sure I really understood. I learned so much from her, and it was clear that she genuinely cared, not just about filling a prescription but about me as a patient. On top of the excellent care, they also sell really cute items, which was such a fun bonus. This pharmacy truly cares about its patients, and it shows. I highly recommend them! -Analays”

“Let’s just say my last visit to the store was not pleasant at the customer service line. The girl was having a bad day And she didn’t see me waiting behind the people she was attending. There was a guy when I got there attending to someone and when it was my turn, he left so I went to her line and waited. She got upset because she said that she didn’t see me and she had two lines. I told her that I had been waiting there for almost 10 minutes. It was 8 pm. She didn’t even say thank you or apologized I told her to blame the co worker that left me and her that’s all”

“For the people wondering no this store is not going to be Aldi along with 4 others in Miami Dade and 5 in Broward and 5 in Palm Beach. You will still have WD to shop at and to a previous person this is is not the last WD there are plenty more all over FL.. But this store is very nice and pretty.”
