Extremely bad and offensive service my mom went like 10 minutes ago to buy a medicine the person was not in the register i have to wait for it when she came with a really bad attitude Lucy the person that supposed to help didnt said a word to my mom- my mom ask for someone that speak spanish and she didnt move or say something keep talking in english like nothing another worker in the store came to view what happened cz my mom keep asking for someone in spanish and that person was the one able to translate once finishing paying Lucy through my the bag to my mom with an really bad attitude and keep talking to the other person in the store Ms Lucy I hope you get out before i do cz im going to the store today or tomorrow to see what is you damn problem with spanish speaker also the store should change the personal if they not qualify to do a good service which is their damn job

WORSE COSTUMER SERVICES EVER!!! If I could give zero stars to this place I would do it without a second thought, there are no words to describe the lack of respect of the store employees, they treat customers very badly as if they believe the big thing, the horrible attention should change the entire staff!!

They have no respect of people time. They have sign displayed 1:30pm to 2pm lunch break. I was there 1:24 pm. They didn’t help me & said come back at 2pm

I broke my finger and knew it. Going to the immediate care was not available but cvs has all the things I needed for my finger to be ok until I could go to a dr. I always choose cvs when I have a choice.

Charlie is very rude.I shop at this store a lot and the times that I have seen this manager in the store I have observed that he does not smile often or provide a corteous and friendly experience.He seems to be very miserable and uptight and it makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable.He needs to improve his customer service.Thank you

In general, the pharmacy needs to have more employees, better programs, service to accommodate the large and growing clientele. In this day and age they are far below adequate. If it was anything other than prescription dispensing, (which most people will accept sub par service to get something they need), there's no excuse for the quality of service. Machines should and would do a better job.

Always 2-3 a-holes in the back filling prescriptions no matter how bad the line is while 1 idiot works the counter at a less than glaciel pace. Is "not helping the line no matter how bad it gets" part of the cirriculum at pharma school?

Staff here do not care if your here or not! Cvs pharmacy has worsen in service in south Florida. The lines here is so long and staff are not very profesional. More pharmaceutical retailers should come to Florida. When theres competition service improves! (Ref: 14705 S Dixie Hwy, Palmetto Bay, FL 33176)

This place used to have very kind employees and pharmacists. I cannot say the same anymore. The vibe is awful. Very poor customer service as far as kindness and attitude.

If I could give it a -5 I would. Rude pharmacist very rude pharmacists. No more shopping at CVS for my family.They can continue to take someone else’s money just not mine.God this people are rude.Better going to a another pharmacy elsewhere.

So I finished my transaction here while my mom asked the lady working where to scan for OTC and the cashier said at the self checkout. But then the cashier wanted to give an attitude because she thinks that she’s right when she said what she said. Also there’s one person working and she’s still slow. Like be clear about what you are trying to say.
