“I had such a wonderful experience at this Dollar Tree, especially thanks to Janet and Elizabeth. Janet is truly an amazing person and an exceptional employee. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help. I had actually driven quite a long distance to this particular location because I was looking for some specific products that I couldn’t find at the Dollar Tree stores closer to my home. Janet went above and beyond to assist me. What impressed me the most was that she genuinely took the time to listen. She never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She explained things, talked to me about the products, helped me find what I needed, and made me feel like my questions actually mattered. Unfortunately, that level of customer service can be hard to find nowadays, which made her kindness and dedication stand out even more. Elizabeth, the cashier, was also very kind and pleasant and contributed to making the entire experience a positive one. Employees like Janet and Elizabeth are the reason customers are willing to drive farther and return to a particular store. Janet, especially, is an absolute sweetheart and a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should look like. I truly hope management recognizes and appreciates the incredible job she does. She made my visit worth the drive, and I will definitely be returning to this location because of the wonderful treatment I received.”

“The Dollar tree is this location has quite a lot of items. I guess because of the lack of employees the items aren't always stacked or full. I have a disability, and my only downside was they didn't allow me to take the car out of the store right to the very curb in the front of the store. They weren't very nice in relaying that and would not make any exception, sorry to say. If you're ever in here you might do well to mention, how they should be able to help the elderly and the disabled, hands down. Other than that it is convenient location, and quite a variety of items.”

“I went in there for some glassware (martini glass) and I asked one of the gentleman that works there for help and let me make it clear it was not the manager. So I asked the worker who worked there if they had any martini glasses in the back in its original box and like usually ppl don’t want to stop what there doing and go check. He immediately told me no right iff the back with out checking physically or on the pos system. That’s when I asked him again are you sure income here all the time and I get them in the box . He again turned me down and looked confident with that response.. To make this short as possible , I went to another team member and I believe her name was Maria super helpful i told her what i needed and she immediately stopped what she was doing and said “let me go check” that was way better than being shut down with a no without looking . Point is she found a full complete original box of martini glasses when the other gentleman shut me down … I’m all for for hardworking ppl and Maria has a hustler spirit she should get a raise !!! London square location. Thanks Maria!!!!”

“This Dollar General on US 1 is a really great dollar store with a pretty big, wide selection inside, including a solid grocery section with refrigerated and frozen sections alike. Like most dollar stores these days, hardly anything's a literal dollar, but there are lots of good deals to be found, alongside plenty of snacks and drinks. The staff here are super friendly, too; I've always had really nice interactions with everybody working here!”
