I can't think of any negatives but it's pretty simple process. Show up with your stuff back in, get the cart and go to your assigned storage cubicle and you're good to go. Of course this air conditioned and well lit. And yeah it's pretty decent.

Wonderful customer service, quick and responsive to all questions or requests. The facility is as clean and well-kept as any self-storage I have ever seen. Can’t say enough good things about this location and the staff. Highly recommend them!
