“We needed a storage place in a hurry and were delighted to find one just a few miles from our house. The employee on duty was a gentleman by the name of Rich. He was Professional and pleasant and very knowledgeable about the storage business. We found exactly what we were looking for and he had quite a few different sizes to pick If I could give Rich six stars, I would. He was great and it was nice to get this chore behind us. We are moving soon and we needed a storage place today and this turned out to be a great day To accomplish our mission. Thanks again, Rich..”

“It was a beautiful experience renting a storage at this location Ms. Lourdes the manager on site was beautiful, thank you very much to make my experience more easy. Another plus is the place always clean and nice.”
“Your staff are wonderful. They’re very helpful. They maintain the place clean. They’re always going around and making making sure that there’s no trash. They are very honest. quite a few months ago, I had $100 bill in my pocket and had fallen out. I didn’t even realize that it was gone until late that night. The next day Manny called me and told me they had it. They saw the hundred dollar bill and then they took the time to go through their video footage to see who had lost the money. If it was anybody else, they would’ve just taken the money.”

“I walked into Extra Space Storage and was helped by Francisco Julian Garcia, the Assistant Store Manager, at the Palmetto Bay location (17650 W. Cleveland Ave., FL 33157). From the very beginning, Francisco explained everything to me in great detail — the unit sizes, insurance options, and all the terms — making sure I fully understood every step.
He personally showed me several units, all of which were absolutely immaculate. The facility is so clean and organized that it feels more like a hospital than a storage space. Francisco went above and beyond by taking extra time to show me additional units that might better suit my needs, even when he didn’t have to.
I had originally planned to visit other storage facilities, but the exceptional service Francisco provided made my decision easy — I stayed and rented three different units for my home. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the customer far exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this location and strongly believe Francisco would make an outstanding manager. His level of service is truly exceptional.”
