“This Publix is pretty spacious and has most of what your heart desires (except for a Cafecito station). There's a lot of free parking. I like that they have self-checkouts - you never see any long lines. I feel like it's organized a bit differently than other Publix' because it took me some time to find everything. Only thing that's a bit annoying is that you have to exit through a super busy part of US1.”

“I'm not changing my ratings, but it is worth it to share this morning experience. Cashier Judy has questionable customer service skills. I greeted in Spanish and she said nothing back, she didn't has to. Her face said it all. Apparently she disliked it. I'm assuming that she is not a Spanish speaker like the rest of the staff. It doesn't matter to me, but she could have said "Good morning! I don't speak Spanish" and I would have switched to what was appropriate to her.”

“I am very please shopping at this store. As you come in you are please toy greeted. Well organized; orderly and cleanliness is in every nook and cranny throughout the store. Produce department is very well distributed, all produce are clean, ample selection, chopped, sliced and whole. Anything you need is available and at your fingertips, The meat department offers fresh meat cuts at your request, fresh seafood and well as the deli. All employees are well groomed, cordial, attentive and well trained. Although parking is somewhat tight, with patience one opens. The attendants are always removing the carts making room for the customers. It is always a very rewarding experience to shop at my Kendall location. Thank You Festival and all that make it happen.
