“Emilia at the bakery was amazingly helpful. She is knowledgeable about cake options and helped me pick the right 2 tier cake for my event. Great employee, I come to this Publix for my cakes for her great service.”
“Delicious ingredients, found everything I needed. The list was very specific, nevertheless Milam’s didn’t cease to amaze me with their selection of both national & imported products.”
“Thank you to the amazing staff and customers who helped my good friend on Saturday afternoon, 4/25/26, when her legs collapsed and she fell to the floor.
So many people came to our aid. One woman found a chair Another brought the special cart with the seat. People helped lift her to the cart. The staff helped us to our car, checked out our groceries for us, and loaded our bags. They stayed with my friend while I ran in and paid.
Everyone went above and beyond to help us and my friend and I can't thank you enough!!
Very Sincerely,
Kirsten Hughes”

“I actually like this Publix more than newer ones. Firstly though...the parking lot is a nightmare! It is in a strip mall and very messy to navigate. However, although it does not have self-checkout, it has items other Publix' do not have.”

“I met a young woman named Vera who was helping at the self‑checkout area, and she absolutely made my Tuesday afternoon. Her sweet smile and genuinely positive attitude stood out the moment I walked up. It’s rare to see someone bring that much kindness to a routine errand, so she definitely deserved a shout‑out. She truly made my day.”

“I love Publix and this is my store. The Publix app with the weekly add, BOGO, coupons, birthday gift, and much more is superb. Its easy to park, merchandise is first class, employees are friendly and helpful, great service and in and out quickly. Rarely have to wait in line. The competition is not even close.”

“While at the store I picked up some Catalina crunch as I glanced the price was $5.79. Upon self checkout the item scanned and the machine said $8.99, before paying I wa swondering if I was seeing thing and going blind so I went back to the aisle to verify what I saw only to discover the tag was not for Catalina crunch. Once I return to the kiosk there was an employee standing there essentially guarding my items that I left unattended. She inquired if there was a problem and I mentioned the label discrepancy which I told her was not a big deal, she insisted that I go take a picture of the label on the shelf. Upon my return she verified what I had then went into system to correct the price to the displayed price and then on top of that said I got one for free because of the mix up which is a publix promise. Very thankful for small blessings as she didnt have to insist on doing that for me as I was more than willing to pay the $8.99.
I should have gotten her name but she knows who she is and definitely knows good customer service.”
“Amazing people very Generous, had a slight issue with a cut and they exchanged for a even more prime cut portion no questions asked. Very honest and dedicated to provide quality!”
“Absolutely love Stop and Save Food Market! This corner convenience store has everything you need, from a match stick to charcoals.. as you can see it in the image, from a wide range of groceries to all your favorite snacks. The variety is impressive, and I always find what I’m looking for. They also have amusement games and lottery options, which adds a fun element to shopping here. Plus, their Ria money transfer service is super convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place for all your convenience needs! ??”
“I recently reached out to Sprouts about a product I had an issue with, and the general manager (I believe his name was Austin) went above and beyond to help me resolve it, even though the problem turned out to be on the manufacturing side.
I sincerely appreciated Austin's professionalism and genuine willingness to help. I can sometimes be a tough critic, but I left the store impressed by the level of care and service I received. Great service is sometimes tough to find nowadays, but this Sprouts really shines in that category.
I look forward to continuing to shop at the Kendall Sprouts location, knowing that the team stands behind their customers. Thank you again, Austin, for making the experience such a positive one!”

“This is my neighborhood Publix. I grab dinner at the deli counter probably once or twice a week. Mondy in the deli is the BEST! She is friendly. Today she noticed me waiting for service. She stopped what she was doing in the back, washed her hands and helped me out right away. She always gives a full plate of food, too. Never skimps out.”

“Pricy, but keep your eyes open for good specials. I go often and walk straight to my spots. Occasional misleading signage has stung me a few times, but manager cheerfully explained it to me. Store is immaculate, a/c is roaring, no squeaky or dirty carts; cashiers are friendly, quick & bilingual. Their guava empanadas at the front door have a local reputation. Very nice selection of cut flowers. This is a really well run, fully staffed store. And their accurate weight scale is part of my routine on my way home from the gym.”

“I can count on employee customer service to deliver & surpass my expectations. How so?
They'd check to get me items from the BoH, at checkout they at times take my basket for me & are attentive, and at Deli they make me the best of subs. Carlos Daniel is an extraordinary person in his service and quality craftmanship, along with his lady coworkers. They're just all great and i've forgotten their names, unfortunately.
Overall a consistently pleasing place to shop, considering their employees good attitudes and willingness to help!”

“First time in this publix I must say it was super clean had a large selection of different kinds of soup with a daily menu . They also have a salad buffet . I have to give 5 stars to chicken pot pie soup. I went back the next day .”
“I always do my shoppings there. It is a very clean place, well organized and the clerks are very nice, helpful and always ready to answer any question about product locations .”
“Milam's Market is honestly one of my favorite spots in the area. The selection is great, but what really stands out is the staff. Super friendly, always helpful, just good people.
A few weeks back I left my wallet there with almost $400 cash in it. Didn't even notice for three days. Went back nervous, and it was sitting right there waiting for me, untouched.
That says it all. Great store, even better people.”

“Friendly staff. Clean place. Except need to becareful and double check Expiration Dates. They have expired items on shelves, months old. Also items that about to expire like in a less then a week when usually should have months to expire”
“Well in another location ( undisclose) they didn't have several items.I wanted a particular Bogo so when I went to Douglas they had PLENTY indore flavors to choose. The other items were available too.I have a very courteous team member helping me as well..I definitely won't go back to the other 3 Publix on my area .Only to the Douglas location.
Very clean, very organized, more selection of veggies, fruits, and brands”
“This Publix is one of the newer ones. Its very clean, updated, more modern. Stock usually plentiful. Still not as updated as the newer Publix I visited other locations outside of Miami Dade County. In general Publix should consider stepping it up to a more modern look, update its stores with the times and healthier would not hurt either.”
“Milam’s is super convenient for residents living upstairs. While the prices can be a bit steep, it’s perfect for grabbing a quick bite or coffee on the go. Plus, the music selection creates such a great vibe that you might find yourself lingering—and spending—more than you planned!”
“AMAZING mom and pops supermarket location. The also Butcher meat, preseason, and pre-bread… If you’re looking for a quick steak to go and pick up or some groceries for the house, this is the spotThey also do amazing shakes and sandwiches!!!”

“Yes, I’ve been noticed and more more everywhere. You go. There’s less seeds so I went to Milams and spoke to the management and asked him if they could get with seeds and sometimes it’s not dam. It’s the suppliers. But Nbr, so thank you for giving me watermelon. The way we’re supposed to be done by nature.”
