This place never disappoints, we always walk away with a treasure. Sign up for their emails since they usually have great sales. They even have a designer section where you can find evening dresses and shoes. They are in a great area of town close to US1.”

“This Goodwill's huge, and has a pretty solid book area, along with everything else you'd expect from a typical Goodwill. It also seems to be pretty busy; lines might take a little while for the register. Like the rest of the nearby Goodwills, prices have gone up and will vary on a lot of tchotchkes, too, and it seems like their area for toys and stuffies for kids is much smaller compared to the other local stores.”

“Customer service is exceptional with a personal touch. I had an issue at the counter with my form of payment and a team of 3 helped me come out with a beautiful sweater. They worked very hard to make sure I was able to purchase and take the item home despite technical difficulties. Very well organized store as well.”

“The sole purpose of this review is an employee appreciation post... I have been to a lot of GW and have been to this one on many occasions. Let me just say Sandy (hope that's how you spell his name) was the most courteous employee I've ever came across. Very politely asked if I needed assistance and I meant to write a review, but then called the store two weeks later to ask a question and he answered. Again, the most politest employee. You're lucky to have him!Aside from that, store is spacious and always tidy.”

“Goodwill Store on Bird Rd in Miami has all used clothing and other household items that people have donated. Weekend times are busier than during weekdays. Donations are accepted at the back driveway”

“I really like this Goodwill location. The store is neat, organized, and not overcrowded, it's easy to browse with plenty of clothing options to choose from. However, the area around the store isn’t the safest. There are often people begging or homeless near the entrance, which can feel uncomfortable when arriving or leaving.”
