“While visiting Sarasota, my home town, I was driving my shuttle bus conversion and heard strange noises coming from under the hood. I'm not a mechanic so of course I was concerned. I Googled Palmetto (recommendation from the Valvoline guy, Adrian on state rd 64) 'mechanics' and Davis Automotive popped up. This was on Friday. I talked to the owner Rick and described the noise. He asked if I could bring it in on Monday. I arrived around 9:30 and after an initial assessment they ordered parts and within an hour they arrived. The guys went right to work, thanks Frank, and within an hour the job was complete. Very relieved!! We were back on the road!! Thanks guys I will let my family and friends know about your shop!”

“Communication is key! Knight’s Towing proved themselves 100%. Ted from Knight’s Towing was the only towing service that answered the phone around midnight, Saturday/Sunday, MLK weekend, 13/14 January 2024. Even my insurance company was unable to contact a towing company that night. We scheduled a next day pick-up so that my friend could return home who drove over an hour to pick me up. Ted met us as scheduled Sunday, 14 January 2024. He responsibly towed the vehicle to an extremely reputable/ knowledgeable mechanic. When the mechanic I used came from out of state to pick up my vehicle may have needed assistance with the downed vehicle, Ted from Knight’s Towing was able, willing, and ready to assist. The mechanic from out of state was unable to answer the phone. Ted contacted me to let me know that he was unable to contact him. Also, Ted was patient with my credit processing to pay the bill. There were no complications. Takes time to input the card information.”

“I wanted to share our experience with an unplanned tire replacement. On Monday, March 25th we were driving home from Ft Lauderdale when one of our back tires separated the tread from the casing. After finding out the spare was flat, we limped the car over to this Walmart where we had a terrific experience. The two ladies behind the counter and the fellow who actually put on the new tires were all gracious, friendly and lovely to work with.
