I was going to be 6 minutes late after close and called begging someone to stay if possible. Greg offered to stay after close just to take a look. Not only did he stay late but he was so kind and had the best attitude. He explained everything clearly and quickly tested my battery and got me the replacement. “I received the best customer service from Tracy at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Palmetto. I came to purchase a new battery as I was having issues with my car not starting. I had received a jump start across the street at Walmart by a kind gentleman who suggested I go right to the O'Reilly store. Tracy tested and cleaned my battery which had quite a bit of corrosion on the negative terminal. Based on the test results the battery doesn't yet need replacement but Tracy suggested I get my alternator inspected to avoid future problems along some other useful suggestions. You can be sure when I do need a new battery, I will return to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Outstanding!”
