“84 Lumber must be approached Southbound to turn right into the parking lot. There is a traffic island that prevents Northbound turning left. 84 Lumber has three things of interest to me: Solid veneer Birch plywood in 1/4" 1/2" and 3/4", clear/knot-free Poplar dimensional lumber/surfaced planks in every size and shape imaginable, and Cedar lumber/planks (one side rough) in a huge variety of sizes as well. They cater to trim contractors with all kinds of trim. No maple, hickory or other hardwoods. The prices for the Poplar and Cedar were better than the Big Box stores. Open until six weekdays and Saturday morning before noon.”

“What a great place for needed items. As a contractor, I often need things you just can't get at Lowe's or Home Depot. They usually have it all. You have to be a contractor, so it's nice not to have to deal with all the homeowners in the big box stores. There is a minimum purchase amount if you don't have an account, though. If you are a contractor, I highly recommend giving them a try.”
