“I was coming from out of town to do work on a rental property. I had a very small window in which to get the work done and everyone at White Cap was very accommodating. I couldn't place the order over the phone because I didn't have an account with them, which meant I had to wait till I got to town to go in and place the order. That was a little annoying, but I get that they've had issues with over the phone credit card purchases and don't want to do that anymore. I dealt with two Brians over the phone who were super helpful and Rhonda, who couldn't be any nicer, took care of the order once I came in. Alex made sure I got my order super fast and Elvis was probably the nicest delivery guy I've ever dealt with. I absolutely will look at White Cap for any building supplies I might need in the future!”
