Teri runs the office area and is always courteous and nice to talk to. Justin runs the warehouse area and stays on top of everything, making sure you have everything you need at your job site. The drivers, Eugene, Kenny, Jason, and others are great. Fair prices, great communication, and great attitudes. My company is blessed doing 100+ homes a year plus dozens and dozens of remodel/repairs. They supply material to all of them. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.”

“My pool pump needed a bearing replacement. George in the service department is knowledgeable and took time to explain a number of details concerning the repair. He also responded to an after hours text on Friday evening to answer a question that was critical to getting the pump back in service. That is nothing short of exceptional customer service, which is a rare fine these days. I highly recommend this company based upon my experience.

“I was coming from out of town to do work on a rental property. I had a very small window in which to get the work done and everyone at White Cap was very accommodating. I couldn't place the order over the phone because I didn't have an account with them, which meant I had to wait till I got to town to go in and place the order. That was a little annoying, but I get that they've had issues with over the phone credit card purchases and don't want to do that anymore. I dealt with two Brians over the phone who were super helpful and Rhonda, who couldn't be any nicer, took care of the order once I came in. Alex made sure I got my order super fast and Elvis was probably the nicest delivery guy I've ever dealt with.
