“I started my cnc wood hobby about a year ago and have always just used old pallets or visited a local decking store for my lumber needs but today i found Roberts and decided i would check it out. Its definitely a smaller, less retail style shop but i was greeted fairly quick as i started browsing the selection. nice variety of mostly domestic hardwoods, at least from what i could see and White Oak out the wazoo. Josh spoke with me about what all they carried so i picked out what i wanted, we talked briefly and i was sent on my way with what i needed for an absolutely fair price. I will absolutely 100% be back once my wife allows... Thank you for your help Josh and i look forward to my future visits!”

“Awesome supply company! Laura and her team are the best by far. Always polite and helpful. They actually appreciate your business. Teri runs the office area and is always courteous and nice to talk to. Justin runs the warehouse area and stays on top of everything, making sure you have everything you need at your job site. The drivers, Eugene, Kenny, Jason, and others are great. Fair prices, great communication, and great attitudes. My company is blessed doing 100+ homes a year plus dozens and dozens of remodel/repairs. They supply material to all of them. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.”

“My pool pump needed a bearing replacement. George in the service department is knowledgeable and took time to explain a number of details concerning the repair. He also responded to an after hours text on Friday evening to answer a question that was critical to getting the pump back in service. That is nothing short of exceptional customer service, which is a rare fine these days. I highly recommend this company based upon my experience. Steve Ingram”

“I was coming from out of town to do work on a rental property. I had a very small window in which to get the work done and everyone at White Cap was very accommodating. I couldn't place the order over the phone because I didn't have an account with them, which meant I had to wait till I got to town to go in and place the order. That was a little annoying, but I get that they've had issues with over the phone credit card purchases and don't want to do that anymore. I dealt with two Brians over the phone who were super helpful and Rhonda, who couldn't be any nicer, took care of the order once I came in. Alex made sure I got my order super fast and Elvis was probably the nicest delivery guy I've ever dealt with. I absolutely will look at White Cap for any building supplies I might need in the future!”

“I would give Beacon Building Products six stars if it were possible! My representative, Denise, handles every situation with the utmost professionalism. In my opinion, she is overqualified for her position. Denise has saved us on multiple occasions. Additionally, I want to commend their drivers, Nelson Bolano and Leniesky Martinez, who went out of their way to assist one of my project managers in distress. I highly recommend Beacon Building Products!”
