Terrible service. I get told my package is out for delivery by fed ex and mattress firm and then it gets sent back to local facility! if you can’t do the job within the time frame than don’t send messages!!!!

This happens so often it is clear that fedex does not treat their people well and they have to lie about where packages are. Companies like this should be destroyed but are unfortunately likely considered too big to fail.

What is with this FedEx? Every time they deliver here it is dropped at the wrong address! We shouldn't have to knocking on stranger's doors to get our packages! This location is a poor excuse for a delivery company and It is clear that they could care less. We should all choose sellers that dont use FedEx !!!!!
