Terrible customer service runarounds and unfortunately, my route seems to have careless drivers. I dread getting packages via FedEx in my current neighborhood because they always SPEED directly past my house, make an incredibly fast loop around the community, and then leave and mark my address as incorrect, which delays delivery and is a major inconvenience all around. It's ridiculous. Maybe if they didn't go 15 mph over the posted speed limit, they would actually be able to read the house numbers. I hate to sound rude about delivery drivers because they provide such an essential service, but when I constantly run into the same issue on repeat, I can only assume the root of the problem is carelessness.

Had a package say it was delivered and signed for by KKirby. Well that is not me . The package was never out for delivery and when I tracked it at 6pm it said signed for by the above person. Such BS.
I disputed a claim on fedex and a Dawn reached out and said she located my package and would send a driver there to pick it up and bring it to me. That was a week ago. I have emailed her every day since then and what do you know. , now she is no where to be found. I thought I got lucky and would wind up getting my package. But nope. This i also not the first time a Kkirby has signed for my packages either. Shady as all hell.

This is the worst distribution center My store has ever dealt with in Bradenton, Florida their drivers are lazy rude, and inefficient. They claim business is closed. When the doors are wide open, they don't even walk into the business to deliver packages, they throw them. They should all be fired and start over.

Terrible. I would give 0 starts if I could. I had to come twice to get packages. An hour drive for me. Delivery doesn’t knock or ring the bell, they expect you to sit at the door the whole day like a dog and wait like we have nothing else to do. I had to come myself and wait under the rain to get my package. The second time my package got delayed and I didn’t receive any compensation for the money I spent!!!! USE ANY OTHER COMPANY I swear, any other, not this one. I spent my time and money. Delivery people look like they have only 2 classes of elementary school because they have no idea what a ring bell is. If you were not to do the job at least give us money back for the time, effort and money spent to deliver our own packages!!!!!!!!!!!!! TO ADD UP, customer service didn’t even have any education!!! They told me wrong information. I had to get angry for them to do their job and give me the right information. Wasted one more hour of drive

My delivery was sent to the wrong house. The picture sent to me was NOT my front door. When I called the 1800 number they told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me that fed ex messed up and to call them. When I spoke to the customer service and asked for a supervisor they said they cannot put that person on the phone. So your mess up on my delivery is causing me to play phone tag and no one wants to take responsibility for my lost package. Obviously Fed Ex customer service only reads off scrips and does not care about the customers. Extremely disappointed and I will do everything in my power to prevent any future delivers to come thru their service.

Todays delivery driver deserves to loose his job- and I am not saying this lightly, because I own a trucking company and I know these guys make mistakes from time to time but this guy?! Took the cake.. He misdelievered a whole bunch of packages today- I received someone else's- whose I have returned to them but my package is no where to be found, one misdelivery happens but I know of 5+ just in my small neighborhood... RIDICULOUS!!!!

Aitza was the driver today 12/20/2024 and i have video of her in the fedex uniform in front of my house, moving my package to the back of her U-Haul truck instead of delivering it to my house. I’m guessing she didn’t want to deliver the package because it was too heavy. Didn’t even come to my door to attempt to deliver or ask for help getting it off the truck, just moved it out of the way of other packages and drove away.

The first time I ordered A meal package from Blue Apron, I was supposed to receive it on a Saturday. It arrived Monday! Of course, all the food was spoiled and went in the trash. This was not blue aprons fault as they shipped it on time, but it sat on a FedEx truck over the weekend. My second order was also to be delivered by FedEx on a Saturday, today is Tuesday, and it still has not arrived!!! The tracking says it’s going to arrive today before 3 PM!! It’s really a shame that $200 worth of food has got to go in the trash because FedEx can’t deliver!

Have had multiple orders recently and they refuse to deliver to the right place despite talking to multiple representatives with explicit instructions on how to find address. They keep going to the wrong address repeatedly and say the address is wrong. I have given my phone number multiple times so driver can call for instructions but no one has called once. I feel like I’m dealing with children with learning disabilities. One delivery was left off a dirt road at base of a row of mailboxes a mile from my home. I went to retrieve the package and took another for a different address on my block and delivered it. Really weird a delivery company shows such incompetence on an industrial scale.

FedEx sent me a message saying my package 📦 has been delivered with a photo for proof, the photo was not my place of residence. Called FedEx and was told that my address doesn't show up in the database, so how can FedEx send a message saying my package was delivered if my address isn't in their database. To make a long story short my package 📦 was delivered about five hours later by Amazon, go figure.
