“Went here with a family member, as you must be a lodge member. Really nice place, simple but good food. They even have a rooftop area that overlooks the beach, if you'd like to go up there and eat or have a drink. They also have a bar and direct access to the beach.”

“Fun historic hotel. They have kept several items from the original hotel and posted them around to enjoy. They decorated well for Christmas. Staff was friendly. The room was large and has a great setup to get a couple hours or work in before calling it a night. Breakfast was included and was typical.”

“From the balcony to the beachside amenities to the comfortable mattress to the motion-sensored light in the bathroom, this resort has thought of everything. Issues were handled promptly and attentively. Staff were courteous. Location on the beach and proximity to restaurants was great. I would book a stay here again.Rooms: The room for as large and comfortable. We sat for hours on the balcony and listened to the surf most every night.Nearby activities: Close to restaurants, parks, and St. Armand’s Circle. Most attractions we saw were within 1/2 an hour driving distance.Food & drinks: A poolside bar allows for the purchase of good and drink to be enjoyed on the property.”
“Absolutely LOVED staying here! We live 15 min down the road and needed a spring break staycation. This place was perfect and has the retro Florida vacation vibe down pat! We loved the heated pool, the nice tropical courtyard, the bar, and the location! Rooms were super clean and modern also!A huge bonus for us was getting to sit outside and watch the planes fly in all day. Really cool experience!The entire staff was wonderful, friendly, and super helpful. They even let me put some packages in the office for postal pickup.You can tell there is a ton of work being done, and while everything looks fantastic already, I can’t wait to visit in the future to see the updates!Thank you so much!”

We had a problem with the vanity sink, and it was fixed right away.
Sofa bed, in our opinion, needs to be replaced as it is getting a little old and you can feel the springs.
It would be nice to have the cleaning crew clean outside the property, within the property, and pool/grill area.
For the most part, families kept the property clean, and the beer bottles, lotto tickets, and mess were from single men (3) that stayed one night. The grill area was left messy, and it has been 2 days since the beer bottles, hand towels, grill cover, and utensils are still in the same place.
Overall, stay was great. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.”

“Staying here for work for a few months. Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Eric for going out of his way to help me out moving rooms in the middle of the night due to a noisy family above. Besides the nocturnal family of 10 that kept me up a few nights the rooms are very clean, everything looks recently renovated, very convenient location connected to grocery stores, gas and quick interstate access. Can't ask for much more.”

“The staff were all great. I loved that the breakfast was made fresh to order (rather than continental breakfast which is typically disgusting). There were a few things that did rub me the wrong way though... There's random dudes that just hang around in the parking lot drinking at night (possibly homeless?) and it gives a sketchy vibe. There should definitely be cameras around the parking lot for safety... Our room had mold. My wife is a manager for a restoration company, so she pointed it out immediately when we walked in. Another thing that kinda sucked was that we weren't able to use the pool because there were just soooo many kids. That's not really the hotels fault I guess. But maybe allow the pool to stay open for adults only past a certain time. Not everyone enjoys 1,000 kids jumping in the water and splashing everyone around them.”

“I recently had to stay here while moving across the state. My house was not ready and I traveled with my 2 dogs. I was happy to hear they accepted pets. When I arrived Cheyenne was at the desk and was great. She helped me find the best rate possible and gave me a card with her name if I needed any thing else. My fiancé and I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave. It was quite and clean. The location was great. There are several restaurants nearby. There is also a Super Walmart a short distance away. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family coming to visit.”
